Maxwell Satellite Return Policy  
 

We have a 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee. You pay the postage to return the complete system to us in its original packaging so it is received in re-saleable condition with all parts included as purchased. The cost of replacing damaged components will be deducted from the refund. "Damage" is defined as including both functional and cosmetic.

Used and Demo sales are final.

We cannot refund the HughesNet service setup fee of $200 on new systems (or the $150 service charge for initiating service only), any accessories purchased, or shipping costs.

You must email dpollock@maxwellsatellite.com for a Return Merchandise (RM) number and "ship to" address. We do not accept any returns without a RM.

HughesNet pro-rates the monthly service fee if you cancel your service before the 30-day trial period is complete.

**Please note that your HughesNet Internet account must be activated before the equipment is shipped, so deduct the shipping time from the 30-day trial period for service contract purchases. For example, if UPS takes 7 days to deliver the system to you, that would make the trial period only 23 days instead of 30 days.**
